As a Sales Manager, Indirect Sales at Constant Contact, you will lead, coach, and motivate a team of 6-8 Indirect Sales Reps. The sales reps are responsible for working with net new customers to acquire new business (mid-market and commercial customers) as well as our existing book of business to grow existing partnerships.


What you'll do:

  • Lead and oversee a team of 6-8 Indirect Sales Representatives.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and analyze key performance metrics to drive business results and offer strategic insights to senior leadership.
  • Introduce creative strategies to enhance both individual and team performance.
  • Continuously coach and support your team's development.
  • Be accountable for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals, and ensure your team remains accountable for meeting their targets.

Who you are:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
  • You have 1-3 years of inside sales experience, ideally with mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • You possess 2+ years of sales management experience, preferably in the mid-market and enterprise sectors.
  • A background in SaaS sales and selling services or technology to small businesses is highly desirable.
  • You have a process-oriented approach to work.
  • You are committed to helping our new and existing partners succeed.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • You bring enthusiasm and a positive mindset to work every day and believe in creating a fun and engaging workplace.
