Job Description
BAE Systems Air & Space Force Solutions is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to support its Integrated Range Support Program in performing Financial Analysis and resulting customer reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, updating, and maintaining large quantities of data in short periods of time. The Financial Analyst will respond to the needs of a fast-paced environment and will be flexible and adaptable in responding to needs of the program, especially as it relates to the contract required monthly cost and estimate at completion (EAC) reporting. The Financial Analyst will directly engage with the customer and respond to concerns in an ongoing basis.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • 7 years of related experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of related experience or Master’s Degree and 2+ years of related experience
  • Competency in accounting and financial principles, theories, and concepts
  • Ability to work efficiently with corporate ERP, accounting, and finance systems
  • Ability to work independently in managing a large quantity of projects of varied task types
  • Very effective time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel i.e. vlookups and pivot tables at a minimum
  • Effective communication including written, verbal, non-verbal, and using remote audio/video communication software to present results of analysis

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Experience in Deltek Costpoint and affiliated applications
  • Ability and willingness to work additional hours beyond the normal workday when required to meet deadlines
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment and experience interfacing with high level management
  • Experience in training and mentoring junior staff in Program Finance processes
  • Ability to identify and implement new processes and procedures
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work with both technical and non-technical staff
  • Program Controls/Program Management certification(s) are desirable
  • Experience with Business Intelligence software to render visualizations of dynamic data

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $76680 - $130320

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
