Revenue Accountant

Position Overview: The ideal candidate will be able to independently perform routine billing functions. Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end billing processes , ensuring accuracy and timeliness of customer billing transactions.
  
• Monitor and resolve billing discrepancies by working closely with internal teams and external customers to provide timely solutions.
  
• Oversee accounts receivable aging and proactively follow up on outstanding balances to maintain healthy cash flow.
  
• Reconcile bank accounts and corporate accounts monthly to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  
• Assist in capturing and analyzing billed revenue , ensuring compliance with established contracts and company policies.
  
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on billing activity, outstanding balances, and revenue recognition, providing insights to management.
  
• Support financial audit requests by preparing documentation and providing information as needed.
  
• Maintain accuracy of balance sheet accounts , performing regular reconciliations and identifying areas for improvement.
  
• Collaborate with the finance team to streamline billing and revenue processes, suggesting and implementing improvements where possible.
  

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
  
• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
  
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  
• Highly organized self-starter with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt to changing needs.
  
• Creative thinker with high standards of accuracy and precision.
  
• Prior experience in retail or franchise industries is a plus but not required.
  

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
