System Administrator for the Learning and Career Development Center, a national LMS. Responsible for tracking available courses, creating local courses in the system, communicating course availability to the Association, and set-up and tear-down of training events.Conducts research for, writes copy, and sends the bimonthly "Training Tuesday" email, which provides educational content and training and development opportunities for staff.Manages monthly New Employee Orientation program including sending invitation emails, scheduling calendar invitations, Zoom links, room reservations, food and beverage, and other event details, as well as facilitating the all-day program.Will support the design and launch a new part-time orientation program for Gateway which includes but is not limited to training facilitators, creating the curriculum and materials, and establishing the framework.Helps analyze survey qualitative data for program, staff, and members.System Administrator for the survey software system, Qualtrics.Creates personalized survey data reports for all interested stakeholders, which may include filtering data, designing/refining data visualization graphics, organizing and sharing survey reports, adhering to data privacy measures, etc.Assists Senior Director, Learning & Engagement with planning biannual All Staff Conference events, which may include scheduling committee planning meetings, taking notes, coordinating vendor contracts, designing itineraries, event set-up and tear-down, etc.Supports all other Leadership Development Department programs, trainings, and events including but not limited to Emerging Leaders, Articulate360 course creation, etc.Administrator for LinkedIn Learning platform; responsible for updating users, pulling reports, creating learning paths, advertising learning opportunities, and training new administrators/users.Create the annual training calendar which requires coordinating with course facilitators, determining course needs for the Association, reserving rooms, scheduling classes in LCDC, and ongoing communications.10-20% of time is dedicated to supporting the Great Plains Learning Center region The YMCA Welcomes a Diverse Workforce Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V The Gateway Region YMCA strictly follows a zero tolerance policy regarding child abuse.
