Education Director

O2B Kids is a GROWING education company in both Florida and Georgia. We are currently looking for an Education Director for our Odessa location. The ideal candidate would love to work in a positive environment, help coach others, and have opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Work Monday - Friday, 10am - 7pm
2. Communicate with parents daily
3. Work within each classroom to focus on staff development, classroom management, and overall teacher support
4. Support curriculum implementation in all classrooms
5. Develop individual or group training plans for staff
6. Assist with the hiring of all staff
7. Uphold licensing requirements
8. Support the director/facility manager

Requirements

1. CDA, Associates Degree, or higher
2. Active Director Credential
3. CPR/First Aid
4. Experience working with children 0-13 years-old
5. Management experience
