Key Responsibilities of the Quality Engineer are:
- Create and maintain Standard Procedures and Inspection Methods Sheets
- Conduct internal audits and participate in customer and third-party audits
- Engage in process and procedure improvement projects
- Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Manage customer relations and assist in customer process approval projects
- Review certifications and interpret blueprints
- Perform various Quality Engineering duties as assigned
Profile
The successful Quality Engineer will have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 1-2 years of relevant experience (Quality Engineering experience is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of GD&T is desired but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A passion for quality assurance and process improvement
