Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in Agile software development and data-centric applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Business Unit (BU) and IT teams to gather and create business requirements, write user stories, and support the development process from initial request through post-production. Expertise in Hedge Accounting is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with BU and IT to detail business requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team to understand and fulfill their requirements.
• Review requirements and propose solution alternatives.
• Create and maintain user acceptance stories and deliverables.
• Work with business lines to clarify needs and gather feedback on solutions.
• Challenge IT and business lines to consider better options when issues arise.
• Support QA and UAT, ensuring clear communication between IT and business units.
• Follow Epics, define features, and write/groom detailed stories for Agile development.
• Negotiate win-win solutions for IT and business requirements.
