Description
Project Oversight:
- Lead and supervise on-site construction teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Manage the execution of OSHPD and Life Science projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Safety and Compliance:
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with OSHPD regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure all work meets industry standards and specific requirements for life science facilities.
Schedule Management:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes and unexpected developments.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and enforce quality control processes to meet or exceed project specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
Stakeholder Communication:

Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in OSHPD and Life Science construction projects.
