focused company is seeking a strong **Board Certified Behavior Analyst
(BCBA)** to join our team!
**Job Description**
* Certified and licensed BCBA to supervise RBTs and Trainees
* Work in a fun and relaxed setting; enjoy coming to work every day
* Make a difference in a private practice where you work closely with the owner and other therapists to help develop the transdisciplinary team
* Have the freedom to develop treatment plans as you use your own professional judgment; no set curriculum, program requirements, nor clinical supervisor to tell you what you have to do.
* Applicant will be responsible for assessing, then developing, and maintaining Individual Behavior Treatment Plans
* Applicant will complete paperwork for ODE and insurance companies, and other duties within the scope of practice of a BCBA following the BACB Guidelines and Code of Ethics.
* Applicant should have a strong clinical background in administering verbal behavior assessments, conducting language, play, and skill-based assessments (i.e. ABLLS), and implementing, andor training others using individualized language, play, and skill-based curricula.
* Applicant will provide assistance to children with special needs and their families to help them reach individual and family goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Masters Degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, or Psychology
* COBA Certification
* Certification under the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) for Applied Behavior Analysis as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
* Experience providing services to individuals with Autism.
* Clear background check
* BLS or CPR certification
