Title: Military Program and Supply Chain Specialist

Salary: $74,796+ depending on related experience

Focus: The Military Program and Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for coordination of U.S. Military Programs for Winchester and activities throughout all phases of the program lifecycle to ensure program requirements and business objectives are met.
Military Program and Supply Chain Specialist Essential Job Functions:- Lead proposal efforts in response to customer solicitations and Request for Quotes, to include technical writing, evaluation of competition, and market conditions.
- Maintain knowledge of market conditions and activity related to assigned program areas, to include pending customer requirements, competitive information, customer procurement strategies, key customer organizations, critical suppliers and personnel.
- Lead or participate in Integrated Production Team and Program Management Review Meetings with Government and Suppliers to address concerns related to the program.
- Communicate and coordinate program requirements within internal and external organizations to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Compile data for input into departmental strategic and operational plans.
- Interpret and manage programs to ensure all business activity is conducted in compliance with U.S. and Foreign Government laws and regulations and in compliance with Olin's Policies and Procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree*; Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of two years of Program Management, Supply Chain Management, or Customer Service experience; manufacturing environment preferred.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Experience working with government contracts and managing delivery schedules preferred.
- Some travel required. Approximately 5-7%.
Location-Specific Requirements:
- This position requires successful vetting as an Employee Possessor in accordance with U.S. Department of Justice and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
- This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required.
