Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-end interior renovation projects in the hospitality sector. The role involves overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and coordination through to execution and closeout. The position requires 25% travel across the East Coast and Texas, with all travel expenses fully covered.

Description

  • Oversee hospitality renovation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Manage project schedules, procurement, and subcontractor performance to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Travel to project sites bi-weekly for 2-3 days during the week, monitoring progress and resolving any issues on-site.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Lead and support on-site teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Profile

  • 5-7+ years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in project management for high-end interiors or hospitality renovations.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field is required.
  • Previous field experience, preferably having started in a trade or as a Superintendent before moving into project management.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel 25% of the time, with no weekend travel required.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to make critical decisions on the go.

Job Offer

  • Base Salary : $95k - $130k
  • Bonus Structure : 10-20% based on personal project profitability.
