Your role:
- Engage and build trust with potential residents through calls, emails, and in-person tours.
- Make at least 10-12 completed conversations with qualified prospective residents, set at least two appointments and keep at least one appointment each business day. On average, close one deposit monthly leading to one move-in each calendar month.
- Manage relationships through our CRM; keep tabs on leads and follow-ups.
- Hit your marks: daily conversations, appointments, and, ultimately, move-ins.
- Understand our offerings deeply to effectively communicate benefits.
- Address and resolve prospects' concerns to move them forward in the sales cycle.
- Keep detailed records of interactions and sales activities.
What you need:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years in sales and marketing, with direct customer service experience.
This role demands a flexible, detail-oriented professional capable of working under pressure. Experience in retirement community sales is a plus.
