GDIT is seeking a Senior Business Analyst who has Department of Defense (DoD) experience to help support our DMDC ICEs2 contract. This position is 100% remote.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will help define and implement the requirements for the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) credentialing system.
HOW A SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Work with customers/stakeholders to identify, refine, and document requirements.
- Guide project team through the DoD requirement management process.
- Guide project team through the DoD software development process.
- Lead requirement activities between project team members (development, refinement, and testing).
- Refine and align project scope and objectives with requirements.
- Map data flows and system integration to project requirements.
- Update project documentation.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED - REQUIRED:
CLEARANCE: Department of Defense (DoD) Secret
YEAR’S EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
- At least 2 years as a Business Analyst managing requirements for a large DoD software application.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Thorough understanding of DoD requirement processes.
- Thorough understanding of DoD software development process.
- Experience with collection, definition, and application of complex system requirements from large organizations.
- Experience managing business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Experience developing and tracking requirements with a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
- Experience working with testing specialists to develop use cases for requirement validation.
- Experience with mapping data flows and system integrations.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
- Aptitude for adapting priorities and schedule in coordination with other project teams to minimize delays on critical path tasks.
- Ability to analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and translate both into proper system requirement specifications.
LOCATION: Remote (but must reside within the United States)
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED - DESIRED:
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) products.
- Experience working with a Credential Management System (CMS).
- Experience with Intercede’s MyID solution.
- Knowledge or experience supporting projects related to PIV Credentialing Systems, IAM Architecture, Identity Management, and other IAM solutions.
- Experience establishing and maintaining dashboards and reports.
- Experience developing and providing training related to credentialing systems and processes.
- Knowledge of physical and logical access control principles.
- Provide guidance and documentation for IAM-related security policies, procedures, and guidelines.

The likely salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
