Get to know the Role
We are in search of a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer who will lead the charge in designing, deploying, and managing cloud-based infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. This role requires a focus on automation, with responsibilities including developing and implementing scripts and tools to streamline deployment, scaling, and monitoring processes.
The Day-to-Day Activities
- You will take the lead in designing and deploying cloud-based infrastructure.
- You will drive automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- You will expertly utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies to define and manage infrastructure components.
- You will develop and optimize networking configurations for robust connectivity and security.
- You will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining high availability and reliability.
The Must-Haves
- You have extensive experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- You are a seasoned Automation Specialist with a strong background in scripting and tooling.
- You excel in applying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies effectively.
- You showcase expertise in networking configurations, including VPNs, subnets, and load balancing.
- You are well-versed in security best practices within cloud environments.
- You have a deep working knowledge of capacity planning, cost analysis, and budgeting related to cloud infrastructure.
