Sr. Solutions Architect

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Solutions Architect. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing solution designs, software development, and creating comprehensive architecture plans. This role requires expertise in enterprise-wide, micro-service, service-oriented, and component-based architectures, as well as proficiency in high-level and low-level design documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design: Develop and implement solution designs that meet business requirements and align with the company’s strategic goals.
2. Software Development: Participate in software development activities, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions.
3. Architecture Planning: Create and maintain enterprise-wide, micro-service, service-oriented, and component-based architecture plans.
4. Documentation: Produce high-level and low-level design documentation to support development and implementation efforts.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.
6. SDLC Understanding: Apply a thorough understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) to guide projects from conception to deployment.
7. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, promoting best practices and innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in coding in various programming languages.
4. Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of modern development frameworks and tools.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
