As a Corporate Recruiter at Calibre, you'll play a pivotal role in our HR department, supporting recruitment efforts and ensuring we attract top talent to join our team. From reviewing applicants to conducting interviews and coordinating campus recruiting initiatives, you'll be at the forefront of our talent acquisition strategy.

What You'll Do:
- Review applicants and develop sustainable recruiting strategies.
- Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
- Conduct interviews and schedule appointments across multiple locations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and refine recruitment processes.
- Assist with onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
- Stay up to date with current recruiting trends and best practices.
- Coordinate and attend select college recruiting initiatives, including career fairs and on-campus interviews.
- Assist with the Firm’s Summer Internship and Externship programs.
- Assist with the Firm's Social Committees.
Job Requirements:
- Associates Degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Attention to detail and a passion for finding the best talent.
