CNC Machinist: $29 to $33 per hour : Shoreview, MN
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Setup and Operation: Setting up and running 3-axis Mills with Fanuc controllers programmed in MasterCam. Expect 3-4 setups per day, performing low-volume runs and prototype parts.
Precision Work: Ensuring high precision with a tolerance of 0.0005 for most pieces.
Tool and Program Management: Handling setups, tool changes, program edits, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient operations.
Quality Control: Performing inspections on your own parts using Micrometers, Calipers, and gauges to maintain quality standards.

Hard Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of CNC Mill experience.
Technical Skills: Strong setup skills, ability to read and interpret blueprints, and experience with short runs.
Education: 2-year CNC degree or certificate is required.
