Do you have over 3 years of business tax preparation experience? We are looking for a Remote Business Tax Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be providing expert guidance and tax preparation for our customers using TurboTax Business products. We are a mission-driven company dedicated to Powering Prosperity Around the World, and we need someone with strong business tax knowledge to help us achieve that mission.

What you'll bring

• 3+ years of recent experience in preparing federal and state business tax returns
• Active unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with technology and computer operations

How you will lead

• Virtual, customer-facing role
• Interact with customers through state of the art video communications software
• Provide tax advice and full service business return preparation
• Create high quality customer interactions and experiences
• Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver the right answer to the customer
