About the Role:

As a Field Sales Executive, you'll drive revenue growth in a defined target market, build relationships with prospective and existing clients, and collaborate with sales teams to develop new business and achieve revenue goals.

Essential Functions:

  1. Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing new business; arrange business development meetings with existing and prospective clients.
  2. Become a subject matter expert on our business products and services offered, and remain up-to-date on industry-related news.
  3. Interact regularly with local management and develop close and cooperative working relationships with operations staff to ensure customer needs are being met.
  4. Develop a growth strategy and set quotas focused on financial gain and profitability to meet ambitious revenue targets.
  5. Follow up with new clients and operations to ensure a seamless implementation when onboarding new clients.
  6. Perform market research to continually identify new pipeline opportunities; present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
  7. Utilize Salesforce or current CRM program to build a customer database of key information; build and maintain an active pipeline; measure KPIs; identify trends to improve win probability and forecasting accuracy.
  8. Exceed all assigned revenue goals and corporate pricing objectives; work with management on any clients that require yield improvement within the customer base.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.

  1. Proven Sales Track Record: Experience in transportation and logistics with a history of driving business growth. Freight forwarding sales is a must.

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $85,000 to $100,000 plus sales incentive plan.

The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for this position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
