The Sales and Pricing Coordinator will coordinate regional pricing for all NPDL services, provide analysis on pricing strategy and create brand awareness through customer facing interactions. We are an entrepreneurial driven, fast paced organization that hires highly motivated and trained professionals for our teams.

Job Description

  • Coordinate regional pricing for all NPDL services; including tariff, ancillary, special & freight rate requests
  • Analyse data and recommend pricing changes as per pricing strategy
  • Promote brand awareness through social media
  • Provide tariff maintenance, quotes & accessorial set ups
  • Review and manage any pricing exceptions to tariff
  • Coordinate freight manifest audits
  • Inside sales – quote tariff and communicate with sales rep in each region
  • Arrange and report overall quote / success rate via Cargo Wise – Customer Relationship Module CRM
  • Liaise and coordinate any customer and sales visits or required follow up meetings
  • Complete reports as required
  • Statistics – by service, trade sector and customer identifying volume, revenue and contribution.
  • Schedule and coordinate weekly and accurate distribution of vessel schedules
  • Draft external trade notices and I&I coordination as required
  • Conduct local market intelligence and provide update to Commercial team
  • Assist in adhoc projects and a variety of sales coordination tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Sound understanding of the shipping, supply chain or freight forwarding industry required
  • Strong analytical skill with attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business
  • Adaptable and proactive team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to pivot as required
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Maintaining complex data sets in ERP systems

Pay Range: $70,000 - $77,400. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
