Job Description

As a Global Inside Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the productivity, efficiency, and overall performance of our Inside Sales team. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing sales enablement programs and strategies to empower our sales representatives to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Sales Training Programs: Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and objection handling. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the content is up-to-date and relevant.
  2. Content Creation: Create and maintain a library of sales resources, including sales collateral, playbooks, and scripts. Ensure that sales materials are aligned with the latest product and market information.
  3. Sales Technology: Evaluate and implement sales technology tools and platforms to support the sales team, such as CRM, sales analytics, and automation tools. Provide training and support for these tools.
  4. Performance Metrics: Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales enablement programs. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and make data-driven improvements.
  5. Sales Coaching: Provide coaching and mentoring to sales representatives, helping them improve their skills and meet or exceed their sales targets.
  6. Sales Onboarding: Create and manage an effective onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure sales and marketing alignment. Collaborate with sales leadership to understand sales goals and align enablement initiatives accordingly.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  2. 3+ years of direct Inside Sales experience
  3. Proven experience in inside sales, sales enablement, or sales training
  4. Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, processes, and technologies
  5. Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure the impact of enablement programs
  7. Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools
  8. Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player
