A well-established, mid-sized, full-service law firm seeks to hire for its midtown Manhattan office (likely three to four days in office expected per week) a seasoned New York real estate litigator, who has strong writing skills and extensive experience with complex landlord/tenant commercial real estate disputes (supreme and civil courts), as well as experience with co-op/condo disputes and purchase and sale disputes. Foreclosure experience is ideal. The firm does not seek someone with portable business; this is a role in which they have significant work to provide the attorney. Base compensation is likely about $200,000, depending upon experience. Expected hours are about 1,850 annually, with bonuses of about $10,000 to $50,000 based upon hours billed. The firm provides good health insurance, a 401(k) match, and a flexible vacation policy.
