Recruiter (Technology)

Matchcruit is expanding with new recruiting and industry professional opportunities. We are seeking a Recruiter (Technology) for a hybrid role in Washington, DC.

As a Recruiter, your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and growing a client base and new business opportunities.
2. Introducing our services via video, telephone, and in-person meetings with new and existing clients to expand the utilization of our services.
3. Recruiting, evaluating, and placing technology professionals in full-time positions with our clients.
4. Delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates.
5. Providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates.
6. Participating in industry trade associations to increase our presence within the local community.

No recruiting experience is required; Matchcruit provides hands-on training.

Compensation:

• This is a 100% commission-based opportunity.
• There is no limit to your earning potential. You are the creator of your own success.
• Typical earnings range from $75k to $150k per year, but total earnings are limitless based on your effort and results.
