Regional Sales Manager

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Regional Sales Manager to fill an opening with a growing Healthcare Organization based in Pasadena, CA .

Daily Responsibilities for Regional Sales Manager:

1. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of Home Care Liaisons.
2. This role is a mix of field and remote responsibilities and serving a mix of account management and team management.
3. Mon-Fri: 8am – 5pm (flexible)
4. Sales meetings outside traditional hours as needed.
5. Occasional in-office visits.

Required Qualifications for Regional Sales Manager:

1. At least 1 year experience in sales leadership role, preferably within the home care or healthcare industry related fields including Home Care, Hospice, Physician network, Hospital, Senior living.
2. Experience overseeing a team.
3. Skills in Salesforce, social media, Google products.

Pay Details: $120,000 - $140,000 per year base salary + additional bonus opportunities.
