As a Senior Executive Compensation Advisor within PNC's Executive Compensation organization, you can sit in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; OR Atlanta, GA.Key responsibilities include:• Develop materials for key meetings and updates with senior leaders and for the Human Resources Committee of the Board of Directors.• Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies and procedures and recommend plan revisions to compete with market trends for executive compensation programs• Perform research and analysis on peer group and market trends related to executive compensation programs• Deliver analysis on the effectiveness and competitiveness of existing programs and model potential impact of alternatives and future programs• Participate in preparation of the Proxy tables and the CD&A statement• Leads or provides support to other team members and HR stakeholders on executive compensation related projects as needed.
