We have been scaling exponentially and we’re looking for our first full-time business data analyst to join our team!

What You'll Do

As a part of HiOperator’s Operations team, you’ll play a key role in analyzing data to inform and support business decisions. You will be responsible for analyzing operations data as well as creating and maintaining data reports/dashboards for both internal and external teams.

We are a growth stage startup that operates very nimbly and you will be involved in long-term strategy as well as highly tactical day-to-day execution, reporting directly to our senior leadership team. Specific responsibilities will include:

  1. Assist with creating and managing existing data reporting pipelines
  2. Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques
  3. Acquire data from primary and secondary data sources
  4. Work closely with management to make informed, data-driven decisions
  5. Perform additional ad-hoc data exploration projects

About You

Here are some of the qualifications we expect you’ll need to be successful in this role:

  1. Strong working knowledge of SQL and a modern data science programming language, such as R, Python or MatLab
  2. Knowledge of statistics and experience implementing statistical tests
  3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  4. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all employees in an organization
  5. Excited about rolling up your sleeves to get things done
  6. Strong ownership mentality and enthusiasm for HiOperator's mission.
