This is a part time position - position could be located in Horsham or East Norriton.
Great job for college student or stay at home mom looking for 20-25 hours per week. This position requires someone who has an upbeat personality, remains calm under pressure and loves answering the phone. The ideal person should have a genuine interest in helping people, answering questions and being busy. This individual must have attention to detail and be able to work independently. You should have a strong passion for marketing, sales and customer service. This person will enjoy talking on the phone while maintaining patience at all times. Excellent communication skills are a must.
Tasks include: answer phones, scheduling appointments, direct phone calls appropriately, follow phone scripts, give directions, scheduling and moving patient appointments, completing spreadsheets, using online faxes and being able to work in a team environment.
