Customer Service Representative

Position Overview: A successful Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional service to customers, going above and beyond to create special experiences.

Position Details:

• Develop comprehensive product knowledge to provide friendly, solution-oriented service
• Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and company policies
• Proactively resolve customer concerns and assist with orders
• Assist with receiving, processing, and replenishing merchandise
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
• Accurately process register transactions
• Other duties as directed by management

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Basic computer skills
