Are you a high-energy, motivated and driven individual committed to building your career in sales? As an Enterprise Account Executive at ON24, you’ll be responsible for sales of our suite of webcasting tools to new named accounts. If you’re smart, ambitious, and passionate about selling a marketing solution that revolutionizes the way webinars generate leads and engage customers, then we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect, secure meetings, and close new business by qualifying opportunities with key decision makers across various functions.
  2. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations.
  3. Consult with prospects to determine the best solutions for their specific needs. Recommend solutions, prepare and present proposals, and get contracts executed.
  4. Achieve all individual activity and revenue targets set by the company.
  5. Log sales activity in salesforce.com.
  6. Attend sales seminars and meetings to stay up-to-date on market developments.
  7. Keep current with all ON24 product information, pricing, and contract terms.
  8. Travel, as required, to meet prospects and customers face-to-face.

Skills & Experience:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in communication, business, marketing, or related field or relevant experience.
  2. 4+ years of direct B2B SaaS selling experience.
  3. Experience selling into marketing or corporate communications preferred.
  4. Demonstrated ability to conduct online sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  5. Experience developing new business relationships with enterprise organizations; a true “hunter” mentality.
  6. Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  7. Strong technical aptitude.
  8. Ability to converse professionally on various industry topics and Internet technologies.
  9. Highly developed organizational, planning, and management skills.
  10. Strong detail orientation with numbers and contract details.
  11. Superior written and oral communication skills.
  12. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.

The base pay range for this position is $135,000-$150,000. This range is not a guarantee of actual compensation that may be earned nor a promise of any specific pay for any specific employee, which is always dependent on relevant experience, education, skills, location, and other applicable factors.
