Position Overview:
As ADI expands our leadership position in the Medical Imaging market, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Director, who will be responsible for driving all aspects of the Medical Imaging business. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting strategy, creating product roadmaps, and establishing partner-level relationships across the Medical Imaging market. This is a senior leader with a successful track record of developing business cases, leveraging strategic relationships, and leading successful customer implementations from concept to revenue.
Main Responsibilities:
- Shape the strategy and investment in Medical Imaging, capabilities, and partnerships
- Architect and drive a compelling Go-To-Market strategy
- Drive revenue growth in the Medical Imaging market
- Work with the strategic marketing team and sales to create market penetration plans
- Maintain market understanding, including sizing, segmentation, and competitive landscape
- Establish and review product positioning and messaging
- Develop communication and sales collateral to support the broad market initiative
- Develop partner-level relationships with key customers and partners
- Identify gaps in the market, driving needs for new product development
What You Need to Be Successful in This Role:
- Ability to build relationships and interact well with multiple stakeholders
- Exercise sound judgment within established practices and policies
- Anticipate future needs through thought leadership and market insights
- Exceptional written, oral communication, and presentation skills in front of audiences ranging from small executive meetings to very large keynote presentations
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop hypotheses, and present well-supported solutions
Requirements – Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience, MBA preferred
- 10+ years of combined leadership, product marketing, or management experience
- Strong executive presence and an ability to quickly establish credibility with senior leadership
- Understanding of the semiconductor and medical device market
- Ability to influence across a broad spectrum of individuals and functions
- Highly organized, self-directed business style, with a strong ability to prioritize
- Must work well in a team, fast-paced, high-energy, and deadline-driven environment
- ~20% domestic and international travel
