Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager who is excited to lead, motivate, and grow a talented sales team in the East Great Lakes region. This role will allow you to build strong relationships with both your team and clients, implement creative strategies to boost sales, and drive results that make a real difference. What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead & Support: Be the guiding force for our Field and Inside Sales teams, offering motivation, support, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
Shape Strategy: Design and execute an engaging sales strategy that includes setting clear goals, establishing performance metrics, and creating incentive programs that energize your team.
Grow Sales: Develop fresh, creative approaches to win new business and nurture relationships with existing clients. Your insights will be key to reaching revenue targets and driving growth.
Recruit & Develop Talent: Play an important role in building the future of our sales team by recruiting, hiring, and onboarding top talent. You'll also focus on helping them grow through ongoing coaching and training.
Empower Your Team: Share your knowledge by leading regular coaching sessions, offering meaningful feedback, and encouraging a culture of continuous learning.
Streamline Processes: Help make everything run smoothly by simplifying operations and ensuring the team maintains high-quality sales documentation.
Build Strong Relationships: Work closely with other departments to elevate the customer experience, and handle any escalated client concerns with care and professionalism.
Track Success: Use data to monitor sales performance, making sure your team stays on track and continues to exceed goals.
What You’ll Bring:
A passion for leading teams and helping them succeed.
5+ years of sales experience with a record of success.
2+ years of experience leading a sales team.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Experience in the material handling equipment industry is a plus.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
The ability to create and implement winning sales strategies.
