The ideal candidate has the ability to stay calm under pressure, has a strong attention to detail and possess the following competencies:

  • Ability to prepare and plan for business/department meetings.

Education, Qualifications & Experiences:

The ideal candidate should have a relevant degree or diploma within the information technology field and/or Microsoft Certification or similar experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help to perform troubleshooting procedures to system failures and identify bottlenecks to ensure long term efficiency of the network.
  • Help to monitor the operation and security of all computer hardware and software systems to make sure operational compliance is maintained.
  • Provide level-1/2 support and troubleshoot to resolve issues.
  • Test and evaluate network systems to eliminate problems and make improvements.
  • Install, configure, and maintain network equipment and services.
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
  • Assist in network modeling, analysis provide technical support to users where necessary.
  • Perform testing, configuring, and repair of hardware, software and peripheral devices.
  • Prior experience with an IT department working procedures and related tasks.
  • Respond to some user requests and provide them with entry level support.
