About the Role:
Are you the next Qventoid? We’re looking for a mid-level or senior Product Manager to take the lead on our Inpatient Solution suite. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with our Director of Product to enhance our offerings, including analytics/insights, machine learning for discharge planning, and integrated workflow and orchestration products that empower care teams to automate the resolution of barriers. Utilize your expertise to drive the development, execution, and optimization of these critical products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, data scientists, designers, and clinical experts to deliver impactful products that address real challenges in inpatient care.
- Identify and validate new product opportunities, leveraging a deep understanding of our users, market, technology strategy, and data to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Craft and communicate a compelling vision and strategy for the inpatient product line, defining clear problems to solve and requirements for solutions that meet our goals.
- Engage in the design and development process, managing the product backlog to ensure timely and effective product launches.
- Measure and iterate on product performance post-launch to ensure they meet our high standards for impact on users and the business.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience guiding enterprise products/solutions through the full product lifecycle, with a history of delivering impactful solutions rapidly.
- Comfort with developing products that extensively utilize data analytics, AI, and machine learning technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across all functions within an enterprise SaaS healthcare technology environment.
- High adaptability, with the ability to move from high-level strategic thinking to hands-on problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- A minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably with exposure to healthcare operations, specifically inpatient settings.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000. This salary represents the middle to the high end of market data across different geographies. We consider several factors when determining compensation, including location, experience, and the role’s responsibilities. Salary/OTE is just one component of Qventus’ total rewards package.
