THE OPPORTUNITY
SANY America is looking to recruit a driven, forward-thinking and highly motivated Region Direct Sales General Manager Amarillo, TX. With the deep investment and backing of SANY Group, the Americas business expects to grow significantly in the coming years. Critical to this growth is the appointment of a Region Direct Sales General Manager who is responsible for driving sales within a defined region and overseeing the overall operations of a SANY store specializing in heavy equipment.
As a Region Direct Sales General Manager, you are empowered to operate your sales territory like your own business, while also contributing to the brand and region's overall growth strategy. This position will lead and manage a team of 4-8 employees comprised of sales representatives.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Preference will be given to local candidates who understand and are familiar with the assigned region
Prefer candidate who possess leadership experience in a sales environment that values and focuses on metrics to achieve results
Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the heavy equipment or construction industry
Proven track record of utilizing a defined sales process to coach, guide, and manage a sales team
Excellent ability to motivate, communicate direction and provide guidance to obtain results
Ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets; analyze and read sales data to make decisions / recommendations for individuals and groups
Strong leadership and team management skills
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to negotiate
Operates with high integrity, ethics, and professional code of conduct at all times
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, Engineering, or a related field
