Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Boston, MA 02210 (Onsite 3 days a week)
Pay: $34.00/hr
Duration: 12+ Months with possible extension
Experience Required:
-someone who worked or supported recruiting previously
-onboarding experience
-experience with large volumes of new employees
-tech savvy- Microsoft applications
-HRIS experience /Workday (preferred)
-Minimum 5 years' experience
-experience with I-9s
-notary
Responsibilities:
Candidates will be working with multiple Hiring Managers
Candidate may get in touch with Wilmington, DE / Gaithersburg, MD employees as well
Candidates will be opening the Zoom call which includes new employees across all over USA for Orientations
Should perform 100 people orientations
Not involved in content creating, as there will be another team for this.
Should have Interpersonal skills
Candidate will be in touch with ever Talent Acquisition Specialists team, which is based in Mexico
Candidate should be Tech savvy
Candidate should be confident to work Independently.
Candidate should have empathy working with Hiring Managers, as they may be new to the level.
