Job Title : ServiceNow System Analyst

Locations:. : Onsite (Hybrid) in McLean, VA on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Must have: ServiceNow, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Angular, Kubernetes

Notes:

• The candidate must have at least 4 years of experience working as an Analyst and 2+ years of experience working in ServiceNow environment.
• The Analyst will be responsible for requirements gathering, working with stakeholders to understand the requirements, documenting the requirements, addressing any issues etc. The Analyst should be able to understand the terminologies being used when talking to stakeholders. This is more of a technical analyst role.
• The Analyst must have all the skills listed in the must have section below. Additionally, the analyst must also have experience in Jira, which is used to capture requirements, logging, tracking etc.

• Qualifications:
• 2+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Experience working with project teams to determine implementation strategy.
• Developing testing strategy for large complex projects.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently on technical issues.
• Ability to proactively communicate technical topics in a clear, succinct, and relevant way.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to provide analytical conclusions and support recommended action/decisions with clarity, adjusting to meet the needs of the audience (technical v non-technical business partners/clients).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail oriented and demonstrate ownership and accountability.
• Proficient in IT analysis methodologies (i.e. process flow definition, data flow diagramming, etc.).
• Experience working with AWS.
• Experience with relational databases.

Experience with Jira.
