Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to support our live shopping streams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data related to our products and inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter product data from source documents within required time limits.
- Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check output.
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
- Store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
- Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience is preferred.
- Experience with google sheets and data programs.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- High school diploma.
- Previous experience in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Knowledge of sneaker and clothing brands.
- Experience with live shopping platforms.
