Position: Bilingual HR Coordinator
Type: Temp to Hire
Pay: $18-$22 an hour
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative duties:
- Ability to assist manager
- Managing an employer's calendar and setting appointments
- Handle email, faxes, mail, and deliveries, and coordinate meeting schedules
- Maintain filing systems, employee lists, and inventories
- Provide support to staff and departments, such as organizing events
- Conduct research and compile data
HR Duties:
- Assist with drafting and editing job descriptions, posting open roles, screening resumes and candidates, leading in-person interview process and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Assist management with new hire orientation
- Assist with onboarding new hires
- Reviewing T&A for Compliance - Includes working with Payroll to ensure timekeeping activities are compliant. Other duties may include following up with managers and supervisors to ensure all timecards are approved, answering routine questions about timekeeping and ensuring FLSA standards are met.
- Ability to direct employees to different points of contact for general questions regarding benefits.
- Assisting with special HR projects on various topics.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- High School Diploma
- AA or BA preferred, but not required.
- 2 years minimum in an office environment or HR role.
- Must be bilingual in Spanish

Excellent MS Office Knowledge

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
HOURS:
This is a full-time position Monday - Friday that is expected to work 40 hours per week.
