ABSC is seeking an Acquisition Support SME with a TS/SCI clearance in support of the NGA mission in Washington, DC. This role provides a broad range of acquisition and systems & software engineering subject matter expertise support as well as coordination duties in support of the contract officer representatives (COR) and program management office (PMO). Will serve as the primary acquisition support FTE responsible for directly interfacing with CORs and DDI’s senior leadership as required.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Drafting, reviewing and/or coordinating at least the following documents: acquisition plans, statements of work, justification and approval documentation, technical evaluations, and provide support to AI/ML acquisition and contract decision boards in addition to other acquisition assignments as required.
- Work with the Government leads and PM/CORs to assist with the development of contract status briefings, update dashboards, and as needed acquisition resource reviews with senior Government management.
- Support acquisition, financial and budget reports, and support briefings with the creation and use of visual aids (graphs, charts, etc.) to senior leadership, as well as drafting, editing, and/or proofreading documents for publishing.
- Perform day-to-day acquisition planning on behalf of the PM and DPM in accordance with the program’s acquisition strategy.
- Brief leadership, senior policymakers, IC members, and other intelligence consumers on complex acquisition and technology topics.
- Coordinate and collaborate with peers, mission partners, and senior internal/external stakeholders to support contract management activities.
- Succinctly communicate issues in a clear and professional manner to relevant stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and collaborate with the right stakeholders to ensure a timely resolution of assigned tasks.
Experience Required for this Role:
- Experience building Statement of Works/Performance Work Statements and procurement packages.
- Extensive acquisition experience and familiarity with DoD acquisition processes.
- Specialized experience supporting Intelligence Community in acquisition lifecycle management or systems engineering projects.
Desired Experience for this Role:
- Experience working with NGA acquisition or pre-acquisition engineering projects.
- Experience with systems engineering and/or software activities at NGA, DOD, or other IC members.
- AI/ML experience either in a PMO, industry, or academia.
- Experience with DOD or other IC entities in the acquisition or contract management related fields.
Education Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, or a business-related field such as Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
