The Operations Analyst is responsible for creating efficiencies for the Admissions Project Management Team as well as partnering with the Admissions Leadership Team through reporting, streamlining processes, and providing solutions to existing pain points. The Admissions Project Management Team directly supports the Admissions Guide and Post Enrollment Admissions Guide Teams.
The Admissions Analyst is responsible for generating and providing individual and departmental performance reporting while working closely with Admissions Leaders to identify creative solutions to needs/requests. They will be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in analyzing and interpreting large sets of data to identify and implement strategic projects to improve the quality and efficiency of the overall Admissions Department.
This role also consists of, but is not limited to the following duties and responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate and analyze reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and as needed basis
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics
  • Contribute to meeting Departmental/University goals
  • Meet regularly with Operations Manager to align on any updates and review relevant data analysis
  • Work with Operations Manager to generate technical processes and other related business needs
  • Assist with implementation of tools and strategies based on business needs and objective which includes but is not limited to creating trainings and/or resources as needed
  • Attend meetings as needed with supporting departments such as IMT, Marketing, Enrollment, Full Sail Support, etc.
  • Support department initiatives and subdivisions
  • Stay up to date on department, company, as well as industry best practices and policies
  • Provide coverage for the Operations Manager, as needed
  • Provide support as needed for recruiting/staffing

Education and/or Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
  • Experience using analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts and other key business outcomes

Computer/Equipment Skills:
  • Proficiency using software programs such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

Environmental Factors/Physical Demands :
Work is performed in an office/remote environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have the ability to maintain active customer and employee communication; access, input and retrieve information from the computer system; enter alpha-numeric data into a computerized system often while listening on the telephone. May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, and stooping, and lifting up to thirty (30) pounds.
