The Global Sales Enablement Lead, Field Onboarding & Sales Tools Role

Qlik is currently searching for a highly energetic enablement practitioner to join their growing Global Sales Enablement team to lead building and maintaining their field onboarding program while improving sales tools & prospecting training services for the organization.

Reporting to the Global Head of Sales Enablement and Effectiveness, the ideal candidate will have a background in B2B sales as a quota-carrying sales professional with extensive experience creating best-in-class sales onboarding programs that reduce ramp time to productivity. Additionally, this role will lead training the field on Qlik’s sales tech stack to ensure sales teams are using the tools effectively & efficiently to drive maximum ROI. Lastly, the Lead will own building a prospecting “Center of Excellence” to support improving lead quality and quantity by way of more customer-centric and high-value initial engagements with prospects.

What you’ll do

  • Field Onboarding Program: Design, develop, deliver, and maintain the end-to-end hybrid ramp program that is underpinned with key leading & lagging metrics to ensure it is improving the anticipated skills, knowledge, and behaviors while reducing time to productivity.
  • Sales Tools Training: Upgrade the quality and consistency of our sales tech stack training to maximize tool ROI and improve efficiency and efficacy through developing and delivering end-to-end and ad-hoc training for on-demand consumption and live/virtual participation.
  • Prospecting: Leverage the Sales Tech Stack coupled with proven skills, tactics, and strategies to significantly improve prospecting by both quality and quantity and grow qualified top-of-funnel pipeline.
  • Work cross-functionally with business partners throughout the organization to develop key training assets that will be incorporated into the onboarding program.
  • Closely partner with sales leadership/hiring leaders to set expectations on their ongoing involvement in the onboarding program throughout their new hire’s ramp journey.
  • Lead cohorts of new hires upon them joining Qlik through completion of the onboarding program.
  • Closely monitor new hires’ progress against key requirements throughout the onboarding program.
  • Report and measure ongoing enablement services’ progress and impact through KPIs/metrics as well as provide recommendations for further adoption, reinforcement, and sustainment initiatives to ensure maximum ROI of enablement initiatives and achieve key organizational and sales desired outcomes.
  • Contribute to additional key enablement priorities in addition to this role’s remit such as obtaining proper certifications and facilitating sales methodology training as part of the global deployment.

What you’ll bring

  • Background in supporting B2B technology sales organizations either in sales operations, enablement, or similar role.
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience in a quota-carrying role.
  • A highly strategic viewpoint of enablement and the key imperatives of the discipline.
  • End user and training experience on premier sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Cognism, Salesloft, among others.
  • Proven record of driving measurable results across several enablement services that are being managed concurrently.
  • Strong project management skills and cross-functional partnership mindset.
  • Seeking someone who is innovative, brings learning best practices, and eager to be a part of a growing strategic enablement team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and comfortable in environments with shifting priorities.
  • A think global with an act local mindset with experience working with global teams to meet unique needs when needed.

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

The base salary range for this role is $116,000.00 – 148,000.00. This position is NOT bonus/commission eligible. Compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
