Cost Analyst

Cost Analyst $75-85K

Responsibilities:

1. Proactively support thoughtful analysis regarding the Supply Chain impact on the P&L, Balance Sheet and key financial metrics.
2. Support financial close for selected plants/locations, including preparation of SOX documentation and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
3. Prepare and enter journal entries.
4. Contribute to developing annual budgets.
5. Support annual standard cost updates and estimate new product costs.
6. Assist in analyzing monthly variances to standard cost (PPV, Material Usage Variance, Efficiency Variance).
7. Supply external audit team with information and analysis for annual audits and quarterly reviews as required.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
2. 1-3 years of directly related Finance experience within a manufacturing/supply chain organization.
3. Strong Excel Skills and knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
