Position Overview: The Regional Relationship Manager (RRM) is responsible for managing sales agencies that oversee sales agents within their designated region. The RRM's primary responsibilities include recruiting new sales agencies and agents, driving sales performance, and providing comprehensive training and support to ensure the success of each office and agent. This position offers 100% performance-based compensation with bonus incentives with uncapped earnings potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting New Agencies:
- Actively recruit and onboard new sales agencies within your territory.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract high-performing agencies within your territory.
- Recruiting New Agents:
- Recruit and develop new sales agents to ensure each agency is fully staffed within your territory.
- Collaborate with agency managers to identify and hire top talent.
- Recruiting New Location Partners: Find and establish partnerships with retail and non-profit locations for local agents within your territory.
- Driving Sales:
- Drive sales performance across all agencies and agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Training and Development:
- Provide comprehensive training and support to each office and agent to ensure success.
- Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
- Open to Developing New Programs with New Program Partners
- Dental Programs:
- Lead Generation: Ensure agencies identify and target businesses within the territory that offer PPO dental insurance.
- Relationship Building: Guide agencies in developing and maintaining relationships with HR departments and decision-makers at target businesses.
- Product Presentation: Create product presentations and Oversee agencies as they conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our Dental partner to businesses.
- Follow-up: Ensure agencies maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to address questions and close sales.
- Enrollment Management: Supervise agencies to ensure smooth enrollment processes for employees and coordinate dental visits.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on sales activities and results from agencies.
- Tax Programs:
- Outreach: Ensure agencies identify and target 1099 workers within the territory.
- Education: Oversee agencies as they educate prospects on the benefits of the tax programs and how it works.
- Consultations: Guide agencies in conducting one-on-one consultations to assess eligibility and explain the enrollment process.
- Documentation Assistance: Ensure agencies assist clients in gathering and submitting necessary documentation.
- Follow-up: Monitor agencies to provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and successful refund processing.
- Reporting: Track and report on enrollment activities and outcomes from agencies.
- Healthcare Programs:
- Target Identification: Ensure agencies identify and target businesses and individuals eligible for healthcare programs.
- Presentations: Oversee agencies as they conduct presentations to businesses and community groups to explain the benefits of the healthcare programs.
- Enrollment Assistance: Guide agencies in assisting eligible participants through the enrollment process.
- Follow-up: Ensure agencies maintain ongoing communication with enrolled participants to ensure continued satisfaction and enrollment.
- Compliance: Monitor agencies to ensure all enrollments comply with program guidelines and regulations.
- Reporting: Track and report on enrollment activities and results from agencies.
- BroadBand and Media Programs:
- Market Research: Ensure agencies conduct research to identify potential customers and market opportunities within the territory.
- Product Knowledge: Oversee agencies to develop a deep understanding of the broadband and media services offered.
- Closing Sales: Monitor agencies to ensure they offer authorized broadband and media service programs to qualifying customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Customer Support: Oversee agencies to provide post-sale support to ensure successful installation and service.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales activities and results from agencies.
- Telecom and Lifeline Programs:
- Eligibility Verification: Ensure agencies identify and verify the eligibility of individuals for Telecom and Lifeline programs.
- Outreach: Oversee agencies as they conduct outreach activities to educate communities about Telecom and Lifeline programs.
- Enrollment Assistance: Guide agencies in assisting eligible individuals in completing the enrollment process.
- Documentation Management: Ensure agencies collect and submit all required documentation correctly.
- Follow-up: Monitor agencies to provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure continued enrollment and satisfaction.
- Reporting: Track and report on enrollment activities and outcomes from agencies.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations: Oversee daily scanning of inventory received from distributors. Ensure efficient storage and organization of inventory in the warehouse.
- Inventory Redistribution Management: Manage the redistribution of inventory to meet operational needs.
- Station Management: Act as the key holder and manager of the Central Inventory Station, maintaining security and efficiency.
- Inventory Insurance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory insurance policies and practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Inventory Manager and General Manager to align inventory strategies with company objectives.
- Innovation: Contribute new ideas to enhance inventory systems and processes.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily and weekly inventory reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Outreach: Conduct inventory outreach and check-in calls to maintain communication with partners and stakeholders.
- Audits: Manage regular and random inventory audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Warehouse Management: Oversee warehouse operations, including space optimization and safety protocols.
- Shipping Management: Oversee shipping processes, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Cost Monitoring: Monitor and control shipping costs, implementing strategies to minimize expenses.
- Partner Coordination: Coordinate inventory logistics with partners, ensuring smooth operations and collaboration.
- Collections: Manage inventory and debt collections, ensuring timely recovery of assets and dues.
- Emergency Shipments: Handle emergency inventory shipments, ensuring rapid response to urgent needs.
- Stock Management: Ensure that offices are fully stocked with inventory for sale.
- Agent Badging: Manage the badging process for agents.
- Materials Management: Oversee the management of materials and collateral.
- Partner Training: Train partners in scanning and managing inventory, as well as in using inventory systems.
- System Training: Provide comprehensive training on general inventory management, including understanding run rates, shrinkage, churn, and device activation on different campaigns.
- Troubleshooting: Offer support in inventory and device troubleshooting.
- Cross-Training: Engage in cross-training activities with the Inventory Manager to broaden skills and knowledge.
- Inventory Score Training: Train on understanding and improving the Inventory Score.
- Prepaid Inventory Accounts: Set up and train partners on operating prepaid inventory accounts, including the necessity of bank overdraft protection.
- RMA Management: Manage RMA collections and submissions to service provider partners.
- Damaged Device Management: Oversee the handling and resolution of damaged devices.
- Redistribution Management: Efficiently manage the redistribution of devices to partners.
- Non-Inventory Account Management: Oversee and manage non-inventory accounts, ensuring effective operations and compliance.
- Field Training & Audits: Assist in field training and conduct field audits of distributors to ensure adherence to company standards and policies.
- Sales Growth & Onboarding: Responsible for sales growth, including the onboarding process in collaboration with the Chief Sales Officer. Focus on bringing in new opportunities and driving sales.
- Incentivized Sales Drive: Incentivized to drive sales on non-inventory campaigns, while also being crucial in driving sales and managing inventory-related campaigns.
- Some coursework towards an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in marketing and sales management, sales growth preferably in a regional or multi-location setting.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, training and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Proficient in using CRM software, AI and other sales tools.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- 100% Performance-based compensation - Commission.
