Our client, a family owned mechanical contractor is looking to add a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to their team in Garner, NC. You will be responsible for overseeing every phase of commercial HVAC installation projects, from bid acceptance to project completion.
Responsibilities include:
-Lead and manage all aspects of HVAC installation projects, ensuring that each phase is executed efficiently from start to finish.
-Develop accurate project estimates by analyzing project requirements, materials, labor, and other cost factors.
-Oversee on-site activities, providing guidance and direction to field staff to ensure that work is performed according to project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
-Utilize BIM to enhance project planning, coordination, and execution.
-Monitor and control project costs by tracking expenses, managing budgets, and ensuring that financial resources are utilized efficiently.
-Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating with all relevant parties to ensure that deadlines are met.

-10 years of mechanical and/or HVAC experience
