We are currently seeking a Project Program Management Specialist to join our team in Richmond, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).
Defines the value proposition, work plan, resource needs, timeline and budget for projects. Manages resources (i.e., capital requirements and human capital) to achieve
the project objectives on time, within scope, and on budget. Manages the delivery of multiple project initiatives designed to enhance the services and level of support
provided to the client. Responsibilities include the overall planning, direction, prioritization and delivery of all projects in a manner aligned with the client's expectations
and business needs. Ensures the ongoing process/system capabilities associated with projects and manages any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations
established in project designs. Directs the activities of consultants, analysts, specialists and sub-contractors. Ensures appropriate resources are maintained and
appropriately allocated to facilitate the successful completion of multiple projects.
- Individuals understand their own area and are able to perform all facets of their role.
- They have experience in most issues that may arise, although require guidancewith newassignments orassignments outside normal scope of work.
- They manageprojects with oversight from their supervisor
- Manages multiple simple projects or at least one medium-sized project.
- Drives the development and execution of project plan by working with project team to define, sequence,and estimateduration of activities and determine schedules to meet project objectives.
- Champions project management standards and overall value internally and externally.
- Manages theidentification,resolution andescalation of project risks and issues.
- Provides coaching and mentoring toless experienced team members.
- Contributes to area by ensuringquality of output.
- Completion of milestones associated with specific projects or activities within own area.
- Establishes working relationships with others outside area of expertise.
- Applies knowledge and understanding of client needs and otherinternal/external contacts.
Required Skills:
Project Management-Microsoft Project Scheduling, Task Assignment, Resource Capacity: 5+ years exp.
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $85k to $115k. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
