Environmental Health and Safety Manager (EHS Manager)

We’re looking for an experienced EHS Manager to join our team. As a leader in vibratory machinery integration , safety is at our core, and you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing safety and compliance across our operations. Reporting to the COO, this role focuses on compliance , incident analysis , and promoting safety behaviors .

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage safety programs across manufacturing, construction sites, and customer locations.
• Ensure OSHA, customer, and regulatory compliance; oversee audits and corrective actions.
• Investigate accidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective measures.
• Analyze safety data, predict hazards, and lead training for new hires and ongoing compliance.
• Promote a culture of safety and support HR with workers' compensation documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety & Health, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• OSHA 30 Hour Certification in Construction and General Industry.
• 5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing or construction.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to travel.
