We are now looking for an exceptional individual to further our Product and UX direction, give it structure and bring it to the next stage while the team keeps growing. We have built the foundations for an amazing product which users already use in their daily job; you'll be side by side with us as a cornerstone in making it loved by teams worldwide.
Responsibilities
Really anything Product and Design related at the early stage of a startup, including:
- Interviewing existing and prospective users
- Investigating user journeys and UX
- Building mocks
- Writing specs
- Digging into analytics
- Managing the roadmap in tandem with the engineering team
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is either a PM with strong UX skills, or a full-stack UX designer who has a strong product sense and extensive experience doing user research. You should have:
- A solid experience with either Product Management or UX design
- An extensive experience with user interviews and working with user feedback
- The ability to rapidly produce wireframes
- A good understanding of how to analyze user tracking data and monitor critical metrics
- An entrepreneurial mindset - you have a proactive attitude, enjoy freedom and autonomy, and act as an owner
- Fluency in English (French is a plus)
Desired experiences: Early stage, SaaS and/or large scale publishing companies, min 3 years relevant work experience. Offices in Paris, remote ok within 2 hrs from CET. Flexible working location, hours, and top package (competitive salary + generous equity packages).
