What You'll Do:
- Serve as System Administrator for budgeting, costing, and G/L systems, ensuring data integrity.
- Prepare monthly statistics for the financial close process and create dashboards for leadership.
- Conduct scenario and pro forma analyses to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Budget and Reimbursement team to develop operating budgets.
- Perform budget-to-actual variance analysis and review revenue and expense trends.
- Engage in strategic budgeting and long-range forecasting, enhancing models to assess marketing impacts and industry trends.
- Collaborate on system upgrades and communicate with IT staff regarding any issues.
- Train end-users on budgeting and costing system functionality.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration, Mathematics, Finance, Business, or Computer Science.
- 4-5 years of experience in database and information management, preferably in healthcare.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
