Who we are looking for:

The Compensation Analyst is responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting compensation data to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices within the organization. This role involves evaluating jobs, establishing salary ranges, and supporting the development of compensation strategies that align with company goals and compliance standards.

  • Location: Hybrid in Houston, TX (Galleria Area)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Consult with regions on creating commission/incentive agreements and designing new commission plans
  2. Track and log all variable compensation plan signed documents and follow up with managers on missing documents
  3. Create templates for compensation documents and edit them when updates are needed
  4. Maintain minimum wage spreadsheet and notify regions when the rate changes
  5. Create new job descriptions and set up jobs in the HRIS and PAN
  6. Enter all pay increases into the HRIS
  7. Market price jobs in our survey tool
  8. Analyze our pay components to ensure competitive pay
  9. Participate in annual salary survey
  10. Administer annual merit process in HRIS
  11. Other duties as assigned

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in compensation
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • High attention to detail
