Overview

Regional Business Development Specialist - Commercial - OVERVIEW:

Primary responsibility for utilizing a consultative sales approach in prospecting, closing new business, and new business development for the commercial segment of the business. This position pays a base salary of $50,000.00 with additional earning potential! Average first-year earnings $85,000.00 potential.

As a CSC Regional B2B Specialist – Commercial, you’ll be an important part of what works. Your days may include:

  • Managing prospects and building customer relationships through the development of sales/marketing plans and maintenance of key account information
  • Communicating to/work with manager to resolve unique customer concerns/issues
  • Scheduling regular visits with customers to facilitate future renewal discussions
  • Matching commercial services and products with customer needs. Demonstrate knowledge of customers, industry, competition, and pricing
  • Partnering with Branches to maximize efficiencies and develop market strategies
  • Maintaining data in the CRM. Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and maintain accurate contact information
  • Communicating pricing and service strategies

What we’re looking for:

In This Role, You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business or equivalent; and 3-5 years business-to-business sales and prospecting experience
  • Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and understand general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, financial reports, legal documents, or governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Proven ability to effectively present information to management and groups of employees, clients, and customers
  • Ability to work with a variety of mathematical concepts
  • High-level ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • High-level ability to interpret a variety of instructions
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
